Gather feedback from all angles

Raters will get 4 weeks to complete a survey about your leadership. We recommend choosing 12-15 raters, across your staff, leadership teams, students, peers and other stakeholders – as well as your self-reflection! This provides broad feedback with a range of views about your leadership, rated by importance.

Purchase individually or in a group

If you’re a team leader, system leader, professional learning provider, or simply a group of 5 or more school leaders, our group registration is for you. Along with each person in your group receiving an individual feedback report, you’ll receive a group summary report at no additional cost. This report provides a de-identified summary of the group’s strengths and areas for development to use to strategically lead professional learning.

Determine your baseline

Use the 360° Reflection Tool to determine your baseline and identify areas you want to focus on. After you have worked on your areas for development, use the tool again to visually see your growth and get proof of your progress.

The 360° Reflection Tool can be purchased online for an all-inclusive fee of $412.50 per individual or group member.
