    The Australian Charter for the Professional Learning of Teachers and School Leaders describes the characteristics of effective professional learning as relevant, collaborative and future focused. Authentic and disciplined collaboration is a key factor in high impact professional learning.

    The Disciplined Collaboration in Professional Learning project involved eight schools working with experts Professor Alma Harris and Dr Michelle Jones and AITSL to generate knowledge about the most effective models for collaborative professional learning.
