Celebrating your impact

What keeps coming up, when I’m talking to young people about their learning isn’t tech, timetables or test scores – it’s connection. The teacher who cares. The leader who notices. That’s what sticks. I know it’s so busy at this time of year with reports, assessments, planning, and all the unseen work that keeps things moving. But it’s also the moment to look back and see the difference you’ve made so far this year. Every lesson you’ve landed, every conversation that has a positive impact, every connection you have made – it all leaves a mark that lasts. Helping children and young people grow, learn and thrive is work worth celebrating.

This term we’re shining a light on the incredible value of the profession through World Teachers’ Day. Expect real stories, practical tips and wisdom from teachers and school leaders walking the same path as you, and resources to finish the year strong.

Thanks for showing up for learners every day. As I’ve heard so clearly from young people recently, the impact lasts because your connection to them is real.
