Welcome back to a new term.

As the school gates open again, we want to call out the dedication and passion you bring to your students, colleagues and school communities every day.

We know Term 3 can be tricky – winter bugs are going around; students are tired and learning can sometimes feel harder. But it’s also a time of reward, when those ‘aha’ moments come and the impact you make really shines through. It’s the third quarter, and it can be tough to find the energy to put yourself first – but that’s exactly when reaching out for support and looking after you matters most.

This term, we’ve gathered tools and resources to help you connect – with fellow teachers and leaders, supportive communities, and your own goals and growth. When we make space to connect, as individuals and as a profession, we strengthen not only our own wellbeing but also the positive influence we have on children and young people.

Here’s to a term filled with connection that inspires and sustains you in your important work.
