Chief Financial Officer

Allison joined AITSL on 28 May 2024 and assumed the role of CFO on 20 June 2024. Allison provides finance and strategic counsel to the Board and Executive, with an emphasis on strengthening financial acumen across the business to support AITSL’s strategic objectives. Allison oversees the finance and procurement functions.

Allison brings a wealth of experience providing financial leadership in the delivery of core finance functions, budget and resource management, financial strategy, governance and financial reporting. She is a member of CPA Australia and holds a Master of Commerce degree.

Previously, Allison held prominent senior finance leadership roles with the Victorian Government, including Acting Chief Financial Officer and Director Financial Management and Reporting at the Department of Energy, Environment and Climate Action. Prior to this, Allison worked for a private accounting firm, leading corporate finance functions and providing Board reporting for clients.
